On a humorous note, this World Cup is providing me with a lot of eye candy, as all the players are tall with long legs---my favorite flavor. Have you ever seen a short man with short legs play professional soccer? I don't think short legs would do the trick in soccer, lol.
Was not surprised that the US lost to Germany, (and later to Belgium) even with a German expatriate as our American coach. The US is too new to the sport, as compared to Europe and South America, to win the World Cup yet.
